"The joke isn't Eve having an emotional reaction (which, by the way, isn't necessarily a bad thing). The joke is the Deity and Larry not understanding it. If the religion is right and man is made in god's image, then maybe the reason men sometimes don't understand women is because god is an idiot. Some see this as saying "the problem with women is that not even god can understand them". I see it as saying "maybe that's a problem with god."
